In the summer of 2021, Kinetics, a lifestyle brand agency owned by Metra Lundy, faced a challenge that put her business in jeopardy. Due to a malware infection on Kinetic’s GoDaddy server, Google wiped all search results related to the business from its search index. People could no longer access their online resources which took a blow to Kintetic’s online presence and overall visibility. This led to zero lead generations, even warnings to visitors trying to access the website.
