DietMaster is a publisher of award-winning nutrition software. Despite its large user base, it was struggling with dwindling leads and increasingly fierce competition to attract new customers. We completely revamped the user interface to ensure the website was engaging, easy to navigate and restructured for DietMaster’s diverse clientele. Additionally, we gave the brand a new look. The redesign reflected DietMaster as a professional, innovative meal plan service provider.

Lead Nurturing Automation
To cut down on manual work while increasing the amount of lead retention, we introduced lead nurturing automation. Dietmaster’s leads were automatically given a follow-up email or SMS message. This streamlined the process of nurturing and converting leads into clients.
